[ding] [upbeat music] mostly for me is the fact of getting her outand allowing her to really be herself and experience things that she otherwise wouldnot be able to. trying to make life better for her. giving them enough push to help them grow, but not pushing them into the ground where they feel like they are being controlled. we empower you for life. i think that not only applies not only tothe clients but to every hab tech, direct
care provider, q, regional manager, clinicaldirector that we have in the company. is what can we do to find that skill set, what do they have in their arsenal and how do we set that free for their benefit andfor the benefit of others? i like the fact that i am able to help a clientin hopes of maybe one day living on their own or with a minimum amount of help. i like the fact that i am able to help someonelearn social skills or learn supported employment how to just how to interact in the community andbe accepted for who they are and not their disability. every situation with every client is continuallydifferent. everyday is different.
you're gonna find new challenges, new thingsto deal with. but, in the process you're going to learn.
