if she could have done something wrong. there's really nothing else i could have done. reporter: the pot safety mechanism should have kept her from opening it. this should allow you to open at all.
reporter: she searched online and discovered she is not alone. we first reported an incident with tri-star power cooker two years ago. the popular appliance reported convenience and portability. the computer. they have
represented pages of complaints of people badly burned when the product -- product explodes. after two years and having victim after victim come forward we don't know why there hasn't been a recall. reporter: he has sued tri- star on behalf of several
victims. he represents morale as as well. this product is on tv and it's one of the most widely used and widely marketed pressure cookers is out there today. there may be thousands and
thousands of users who don't know about this potential danger danger. reporter: the company has not acknowledged that there may be a problem. the company has not given the censorship. they have tried to resolve a
couple of the claim so far but to date they haven't given us any answers as to why this is happening triscuit the company did not return our request for comment on the story. it's time that this manufacturer say it's time to either revamp this or taken off
the line. it's just injury people. reporter: after her experience she vows never to use a pressure cooker again. she suggests cooks think twice before using the appliance. before i would be very cautious if i owned one to use
